Help Center

Practical troubleshooting and security guidance for daily use.

Fast paths

Start with the task that matches your situation instead of reading everything end to end.

Secure an account quickly

Use this if you suspect compromise, lost a device, or need to rotate credentials without locking yourself out.

Open Security

Fix linking and verification issues

Use this when email codes, OAuth account linking, or live verification requests are not behaving as expected.

Open Verified Accounts

Understand billing and limits

Use this when you need to upgrade, check free-plan capacity, or return from Stripe and confirm your plan state.

Open Billing

Support boundaries

Support can help with product guidance, billing questions, and troubleshooting steps. Support cannot recover lost private keys, approve live checks, reveal guardian secrets, or bypass recovery safeguards.

Practical fixes

I did not receive the email verification code.

Check spam/junk first, confirm the address is correct, then request a fresh code. Use the newest code and wait 30-60 seconds between retries to avoid throttling.

LinkedIn, X, or another OAuth login fails.

Retry from Verified Accounts. Most failures are cancelled consent, expired provider sessions, or provider-side outages. If a provider shows Unavailable, it is not configured or is temporarily disabled.

A live verification request did not complete.

Requests expire quickly. Ask the owner to open the dashboard and approve promptly. If it times out, create a new request.

How do I change an email address safely?

Add and verify the new email first, confirm it appears in Verified Accounts, then remove the old email. This avoids lockout during migration.

How do I move to a new device or auth method?

Register the new passkey/device in Security and keep at least 3 verified linked accounts. Your identity remains the same while methods are rotated.

Security model

What verification proves (and what it does not).

Verification proves account-control continuity: the same identity controls linked accounts and can approve live checks. It does not prove legal identity, intent, or transaction safety.

How live verification stays secure.

Live checks require real-time owner approval. A copied link alone cannot complete a live verification.

What if my verify link is forwarded?

Forwarding a link does not grant control of your identity. Live requests still require owner approval from the account dashboard.

What details are visible to verifiers?

Only selected linked account identifiers are shown on the verify page. You can remove linked accounts or adjust visibility choices later.

What should I do if I suspect compromise?

Open Security immediately, review recent activity, rotate linked accounts and auth methods, and use guardian controls where enabled.
